TERMS & CONDITIONS :

1. On the purchase of goods, the buyer immediately get eligible for the warranty extended by Triveni Plywood.
2. In case of any complaint, the consumer shall notify the company in writing along with the evidence of purchase (Invoice copy).
3. The purchase of "WOOD STEEL" products must be registered with the company within 1 month from the date of purchase.
4. The warranty is valid for a specified period as per the product ID from the date of purchase against specified defects only.
5. Upon the receipt of the complaint, WOOD STEEL shall depute their authorised representative for physical inspection of the allegedly damaged portion of the products at the piece where it has been used.
6. At the time of inspection the purchaser / owner will have to produce the proof of purchase invoice etc. issued either by the authorised dealer of WOOD STEEL or by the company.
7. WOOD STEEL reserves the right to take sample from the damaged portion of the products and there after send for physical/chemical examination.
8. Only after satisfactory proof / confirmation of the originality of the WOOD STEEL Products based on physical and chemical examination is established, WOOD STEEL shall take further action as required.
9. This warranty shall not be applicable if the WOOD STEEL branded products are used with any other brand of wood panel or untreated timber for finishing at the site.
10. WOOD STEEL provides 25 years warranty against borer, termite, fungi & manufacturing defects subject to the below conditioned. Though WOOD STEEL treats its products with special chemicals, the warranty does not cover the natural wear / tear or abnormal use of the material i.e. close proximity to water or moisturized conditions or any other similar contingencies, lack of maintenance or severely pest infected environment and inferior / bad workmanship. WOOD STEEL is not responsible for any consequential damages to its products in such a case.
11. The liability will be limited only to the extent of replacement of the WOOD STEEL product actual or any regarding additional cost incurred for the material used during the process of conversion in to the various articles, either along with the complimentary material like paints, lacquer, polish, hardware, laminates, veneer, fittings, varnish or any other goods, how ever used with WOOD STEEL product or any other loss described, including charges, will not be covered under warranty.
12. This warranty shall not be applicable if purchaser / consumer or any product seller has failed to exercise reasonable care in assembling, inspecting or maintaining such product.
13. This warranty is applicable up to 25 years from the date of purchase, as will be confirmed from the invoice.
14. Warranty does not extend to damages from causes such as floods, Earthquake, fire or force majeure.
